Luxe is a 4 letter word.

Is a TV considered luxury? or a refrigerator? Years ago, they were, but times change and these luxuries become necessesities.
Today, QUALITY has replaced the 'L' word.. OK, so quality will cost you, but in the long run, penny-for-penny per use, a quality product will far outlive a cheaper version... and you'll look better for it.. There is a reason why hand sewn shoes, for example, cost an arm and a foot, and that's because they 'last' ( pun intended).
Same goes for everything from well constructed handsewn clothing (especially Savile Row & Neapolitan - they know what they are doing, and been doing it for donkey's years) to haute cusine ( but sensible foods only -your body is a temple, love it and it will love you back, abuse it with sat fats and R.I.P) In these 'challenging' economic times spend wisely and spend accordingly.

Lighten up...

Warmer weather brings out the best in us all, especially after the Winter of our discontent. Quick perk up to your starved wardobe: A Great White shirt.
You can never have too many of them. By their very nature, they show wear-n-tear more that colored or patterned shirts, but they have the ability to 'lift', so to me they are well worth the investment.
Team with pretty pastels: don't worry about the word 'pretty', if it disturbes you, just think spring fresh colors... Is that better?
Wear with anything from jeans, to a slim suit. Versatility is vital.
