Retail background in London. Moved to NYC in 1983. Joined PR firm in 1986. VP. Started own boutique PR agency in 2003. Devoted to Quality.

Luxe is a 4 letter word.

Is a TV considered luxury? or a refrigerator? Years ago, they were, but times change and these luxuries become necessesities.
Today, QUALITY has replaced the 'L' word.. OK, so quality will cost you, but in the long run, penny-for-penny per use, a quality product will far outlive a cheaper version... and you'll look better for it.. There is a reason why hand sewn shoes, for example, cost an arm and a foot, and that's because they 'last' ( pun intended).
Same goes for everything from well constructed handsewn clothing (especially Savile Row & Neapolitan - they know what they are doing, and been doing it for donkey's years) to haute cusine ( but sensible foods only -your body is a temple, love it and it will love you back, abuse it with sat fats and R.I.P) In these 'challenging' economic times spend wisely and spend accordingly.

why pr?

Public relations and marketing is the most cost effective way for a company to 'get their message' out. For the cost of a minimal advertising campaign, a PR retainer produces ongoing results.

  • An imaging and positioning campaign is essential in today's crowded market place, which is full of design firms competing for editorial space and brand recognition.

  • Educating the press as to the identity of a designer or collection is paramount. Only then can the editor relay the message, in the right light, to the consumer.

  • Retailers are supported through store credit listings.

  • Business increases.

  • Everyone happy.
